The horns are wrapped with twisted rope for that extra detail setting it apart from other skulls of this type. The horns and rope are attached to the skull by screws. All the teeth are still in place and there is some glue along the tooth plate.
Please remember when buying vintage items, they will have signs of use but that is what makes them so unique.
